Ordering ended up being frustrating. The site was lagging a lot, and the checkout kept glitching or making me redo steps. I also expected clearer instructions along the way, because it wasn’t always obvious what I was supposed to do next.

I reached out to customer support the wait time was ridiculous. I had to send follow-up messages just to get a response, and when they finally replied, it wasn’t even that helpful. Like, how is this okay? Frustrating experience overall.

It showed up in plain, discreet packaging, which I appreciated. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, and I started to feel a little unsure after I’d paid because there wasn’t much to go on. In the end it arrived fine, so no real fuss.

The tracking updates were kind of late, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on with my order. I also felt a little passed around when trying to get a clear answer. It did still arrive in the end, but the process could’ve been smoother

Not gonna lie, I was a little annoyed with myself after placing my order on nexaph.com and realizing I’d picked the wrong option.

I messaged them thinking it might be a hassle, but they got back to me quickly, asked for the details, and updated it without a bunch of back and forth.
It was such a relief. Really happy with how flexible and easy they were to deal with, so it’s 5 stars from me.

I checked nexaph.com because I needed the item quickly and didn’t want to deal with ordering something that secretly wasn’t available. The page said it was in stock, and support basically told me something like, “If it shows available on the product page, it should be ready to ship,” so I went ahead and ordered.
Thankfully, that turned out to be true. The order went through without any weird delay, and I never got one of those annoying “sorry, it’s backordered” emails later. It’s a small thing, but a lot of sites still mess this up, so I appreciated that their stock info was actually right.

I ended up returning my order and had to wait a few days, but the refund did come through. Support answered me and was really okay overall, nothing too complicated
